Hey there! Noah has the power of telepathy, and he doesn't always know when he's using it. He tends to consider it just a part of conversation, and will reply to people's thoughts as if they were spoken out loud, particularly at the most inappropriate of times. He can also communicate simple thoughts telepathically, whether or not the recipient has psychic abilities.

Please use this post to tell me anything I should know about how your character would interact with these powers, or if you would like to opt out of them entirely! Only information present in the tag or brackets would be available to him, and he has absolutely zero malicious or prying intent. He's just an awkward little dead kid.
