On the outskirts of De Chima, Virginia there's a wide open expanse of land, a meadow, on a dirt road that twists off from the nearby highway. Sitting at its center is the main house, looking like it was put together in disparate pieces. When someone goes inside, it may be obvious, though not immediately, that the interior doesn't quite match the exterior for size. Some of the windows always face the sun. Certain doors can only be opened by certain people, no matter what key they shove in the lock; these include all the main entrances and exits, accessible only by Blue, Gansey, Noah, Ronan, Adam, Matthew, and Henry However, if the doors are left unlocked, anyone can get into them. The house has been magically warded by Billy Kaplan. The ward essentially keeps out anyone with bad intentions towards the occupants. It will also keep out anyone that Gansey instructed it to keep out, even if they don't come with bad intentions. If you think your character should, for any reason, be able to get past Billy's ward, please contact one of us.
